This beautiful greyish, muted blue has an eye-catching and appealing hue.

Rub it on to the skin (wet or dry) and it blooms into an incredible shimmer of blue/violet hilights.

Blue ice is gorgeous! It's rather like whipped cream. You can live without it- but it's so yummy, and so fun that you'll find yourself inventing reasons to use it.
