Dragonfly Mica DISCONTINUED by MANUFACTURER

# KJ-104
7/25 Van

7/18/12 UPDATE: The manufacturer has discontinued this item. We do not have any more, and we cannot get any more.

At first glance, this color appears to be a dark, reddish-brown, medium sheen mica. Rub it across your eyelids, however, and the brown skitters away into an irridescent green.

At first, we were tempted to call this color Chameleon, for its tantalizing color shift, but we already have a color called Chameleon! After a search through nature's encyclopedia, we settled on Dragonfly. Because, like the insect, this color is elusive, irridescent, color shifting, hard to pin down and a little wild.

Ok.. this picture for dragonfly don't do this shade any justice. You get a magnificent magical illusion of browns and greens when rubbed on the skin. It is a must have if you want shades with magical two-tone effects.

Just like a dragonfly with its shades of browns & greens its very mysterious and intriguing. Love this stuff. Unfortunately its out of stock, hope Kaila can dupe this color.

This is the most amazing mica in the bunch. I love that the two main colors look as if they shouldn't go well together ( a warm golden brown, and the turquoise/green undertones) Yet when they are rubbed onto the eyelid, WOW! Layer it over a black waxy liner, or wetlined black mineral liner & then sweep up the lid and onto the brow bone. The black absorbs the rown leaving gorgeous pops of teal shimmer, & the brown w/ matching undertones contours the rest of the eye achieving beautiful color that has drama, but is remarkably wearable by any complexion, eye shade, & age. Kaila, this can NOT be gone forever! I use this to make my, hands down, favorite eyeshadow. People stop me to ask what color I'm wearing. Yeah, it's that good!

1s1s1s1s1sSubtle color that packs a punch!

Dragonfly has the same everyday wearability that Echo does, and also packs a punch. The color shift is magical. When light hits it, the green lights up. Very cool.

This color is so controversial in a good way. It looks brown but when you put it on, it goes on with like a greenish, orange, brownish color. It is very beautiful especially if you do your make up right. That color above unfortunately does it no justice as one of the commentors stated.

I love this color!! It is vibrant, yet subtle at the same time. I am so glad I was able to purchase before it went out of stock! My ONLY issue (and it may just be me), but I have had some problems pressing this mica. I am still a beginner, so like I said, I am problem doing something incorrect. That being said though, Dragonfly is wonderful!!!
