I use it as a eyeliner especially on blue eyes - and in the crease. It gives a more dramatic look than brown.
	Use the BLACKSTARS in place of black mica

I very rarely use black mica. I use the blackstars instead. They add a certain mystery to the color. Just use whichever color is closest to the undertone you are going for.

The photo does not do this color justice! It is far darker and has very unusual tones to it. It can look black, dark blue, or dark green depending on how the lighting is. It makes a great eyeshadow as well as a striking eyeliner.

This color is one of those that I don't think any cosmetics line should do without. I had a friend who specially requested a black with green in it. I bought this as the base color for it and it was perfect. The sheen is a blue/green sort of color shifting sheen and with some added green sparks and glitter and a little touch of black to deepen it, you've got the PERFECT color that works not only as an eyeliner but as a dark contour color for a smokey eye look with blues and greens.
