All you need to create lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm with Presto Change-o Magic Color

To create various types of lip gloss, lipstick, and color-changing lip balm with our Presto Change-o Magic Color, we recommend adding Presto Change between 2% to 5% by weight. This means that a 1 fluid ounce bottle of TKB Magic Presto Change-o Magic Color Lip Liquid will easily color 1-2 pounds of base (The base can be Gloss Base). We have all the necessary components to initiate your own collection of color-changing lip products.
