Interference pigments look like white powders but when wetted (lip gloss, nail polish, cream eye shadow) used in clear media (melt and pour soap, gel candles), or rubbed on the skin (mineral makeup), they burst into iridescent hues. The pictures of interference sampler above are final results when the interference pigments are wetted.
