Freestyle Palette, Matte Black with Window# CONTAINERFreestyleBlack
Perfect for pressed powders as well as for lippies (better photos and more photos to come soon, right now we just want to get this up!)
The palette is matte black, made of eco-friendly cardboard, but with a good, durable finish. I have carried my freestyle in my purse for 10 days and it is holding up very nicely with no signs of scuffing (in fact this photo is of that very same palette!)
The palette is called a "freestyle" palette because it has a magnetic bottom which allows you to place your various sized pans in them in whatever fashion you want. This works particularly well with our assortment of pans (see the Tin Pan Alley link at the bottom of this page).
The palette measures 3.5" x 3.5" with a depth of approximately 1/2 inch. It can hold up to nine of the 26mm round tins.
As I mentioned, more info later, just wanted to make these available ASAP! Oh and p.s., the eye shadows in the above photo were made by Van at our 11/15 class on "making pressed powders".
You can view that video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xpvUCWymAxI It's just a video of the class, doesn't really teach you anything. Also, we are not teaching this class again, you have to wait for our ebook and videos and learn that way!

Great for Show Casing your Pressed Powders
By Susanne
This palette is great, you can switch up your pressed powders for the day/evening. The palette is very durable and the magnetic bottom holds the tins in place and holds up to everyday abuse- I dropped my palette on a tiled floor and all ,but one, of the tins were undisturbed! I'm very impressed. :)

no need for magnets!
By Heather
I have been using the mac palettes, and I love them don't get me wrong, but this system is much better! The bottom is a magnet rather than a sheet of metal, so the pans (from tin pan alley) stick readily and there is no need for an adhesive magnet on the back. This works really well with the 26mm circles or square pans.

I dig this.

I bought one of these to hold a few of my depotted MAC eye shadows, but now I may have to get a few more. Despite being cardboard, this palette is sturdy and well-made, and the magnet REALLY holds up. It's worth picking one or two up!

Perfect for travel
By Kali
I used mine recently to hold the few eyeshadows I needed for my trip instead of my entire MAC palette. It stood up perfectly in my suitcase, no broken shadows!! I wish it was bigger because I prefer it to the MAC palette.

Wish there was a bigger one as well
By Alaine
This is a really great palette, I'm new to pressing eyeshadows and love being able to see my brand new eyeshadows lined up next to each other. The pans fit together like puzzle pieces which makes for a really nice effect as well. I only wish there was a larger version (so I can store more shadows in one palette) without the window so that eyeshadow enthusiasts can stack a bunch of these palettes together. Also, I'm sometimes afraid of something in my purse, such as my keys, accidentally tearing through the plastic in the window.

Best magnetized Pallette out there!
By Rene'
You don't have to bother with magnets, glue or whatever with this one and can easily change pans to make a whole new color combo. It's also made of sturdy heavy duty packaging. I give this one 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Awesome!
By Krystal
I think these are awesome, especially for travel. I have a large makeup collection and needed something just like this for my single pan eyeshadows. Every year around x-mas, I purchase FLIRTS 40 limited edition eyeshadows from kohls. I depotted all 40 from the large plastic devise they were in and placed them in these palettes by color. They were already magnitized so it worked out great. I do wish they had a bigger one available for some of my other shadows and blushes. But this size is great for travel or just to throw in your purse. I might have to get a few more. =)

it has all the feature of the Z-palettes but cheaper (not as fancy looking, but works!) however as one reviewer mentioned, it would be really awesome if it comes a bigger size~!

Almost there

I like these more than I expected. The cardboard seems almost as durable as plastic ones, though the window is a bit flimsy and scratches easily, the one I used today was scratched right out of the package. My main complaint is that the cover does not stay closed well on it's own. Tested one of these out in my purse today without filled pans, and I am glad because it constantly came open. I will have to get a new everyday makeup bag for my purse, these are just big enough not to fit in my current one, or keep an elastic band around it.
