We are open Monday - Friday from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm. We do not allow walk ins, however if you're local and would like to pick up your order then simply check out with "Local Pick Up" as your shipping method.

5/25/2015 Update:  Please communicate to us through our Ticket System.  We have discovered that some frustrated customers were sending emails to some email addresses they had for us and those were going straight to our SPAM.  Email is not a very reliable way for a company to communicate with customers because of this problem.  Please, please use our Ticket System -- button above.

 
     
Ordering
 We are a small shop and so prefer you communicate and order online.

If you need to communicate more directly, feel free to do any of the following (in order of most effective method of communication)

  • We do not have a fax machine, so don't do that!

IF YOU HAVE A RUSH ORDER PLEASE NOTE: We print our orders for the day in the morning.  Therefore, our cut off time for Rush orders is 8:30 AM (Pacific Standard Time) if you require the order to ship that same day.

Also the Billing and the Shipping Address for all the RUSH orders must be the same.

If you have any urgent need for an order, contact us with the SUBMIT NEW TICKET Button at the top of this page and choose URGENT.  If we can bend the rules for you that day, we will certainly try!

   
     
Minimums
 We have a minimum of $3.44.  We do not offer further (wholesale) discounts.  We very rarely offer coupon codes or promos. Payments
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.  We do not accept personal checks nor do we ship COD.  We do not offer "net 30" terms.            

We do accept Money Order. The value must be less than $50.00. Here are the steps to place an order with Money order:

1. Place the order online at tkbtrading.com

2. Check out with "Contact Me For my CC" and then enter Money order into that little space.

3. Add a note on the comment section saying that you want to pay with Money Order before you "Finalize Order".

We do not keep credit card information on file and in fact we never see that information, it is all handled by an outside company.  For this reason, we are not able to "add to an order using the card we have on file".  We don't have card numbers on file.

   
     
Shipping    
We ship either by USPS Mail or Fed Ex. If you have a preference you need to let us know.  Otherwise, we will ship the most cost effective way.  If you require some other form of shipping such as overnight, just contact us and let us know.  We will work with your requirements.

We are closed on the weekends.

Please note that when you place an order, you have 4 hours to cancel at no charge.  If you choose to cancel the order after the 4 hour period, and we've already began processing, we will assess a 10% restocking fee, with a minimum fee of $3.00. 

Cancellation/Add To Order Policy
You have 4 hours, after your order has been finalized, to cancel or add to your order. After 4 hours, we will charge a 10% restocking fee for any canceled order and we will require a $20.00 USD minimum for add on orders.*

Returns
Because of the nature of our product, we typically cannot accept returns. Please note that you have 2 weeks from the date you received your order to report any missing or problems about the order. If you have any problems or concerns, however, please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
