Ordering	We are a small shop and so prefer you communicate and order online. Minimums	Our minimum order is $19.50. We do not offer further (wholesale) discounts. We are happy to try to price match anything, so please just email us with the details and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

Payments	We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We accept money orders for amounts less than $50. We do not accept personal checks nor do we ship COD. We do not offer "net 30" terms. We do not keep credit card information on file; your information is immediately shredded after use.

Shipping	We ship either by USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you have a preference between these two, you need to let us know. Otherwise, we will ship the most cost effective way. If you require some other form of shipping such as overnight, or Federal Express, etc., just contact us and let us know. We will work with your requirements. We typically ship within 1-3 days of your order being placed, except that we are closed on the weekends, so orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following Tuesday.

Returns	Because of the nature of our product, we typically cannot accept returns. If you have any problems or concerns, however, please contact us and we will see what we can do to accommodate you.
